Does my mobile network/carrier support Mobyko?

Any mobile network/carrier will work with Mobyko, as long as you have a GPRS/Data/Internet connection and can connect to the open internet from your mobile phone (and you have a sync compatible

However, for most phones, we will send the correct GPRS/Data/Internet connection settings to your phone at the same time as we send the Mobyko settings - BUT, if we do not have the GPRS/Data/Internet settings for your phone we will be unable to send you the settings to get your phone set up automatically, and we may inform you that your phone IS compatible for sync, but your network is not. In this case, you can still set up your phone to sync with Mobyko but you will need to do it manually. You can find the manual set up steps for your particular phone here (you will need to sign in if prompted)

My Network is not supported - can I still try to synchronise?
