Unfortunately, Mobyko is unable to perform miracles! If you have lost your phone and are not registered with Mobyko, we cannot get your contacts back. Mobyko is the perfect place to keep your contacts safe though - so when you get your new phone, make sure you register with Mobyko and sync your phone regularly, so if the worst happens again, you will have your contacts safe with Mobyko.
