Select the 'can't find my phone' option, type *#06# into your phone to find out your IMEI number, then follow the instructions on the screen (don't worry, it's safe to do this, we only need part of the number). If we are unable to identify your phone, all is not lost. If you continue to set up your account, you'll still be able to upload, save and share your photos and videos. You can also save and send text messages straight from your Mobyko account online to anyone, anywhere in the world. Dont forget to pop back next time you upgrade your phone.
No problem. You can easily update your choice of phone. Click here (sign in if prompted) to select a new phone. You will be taken through the Mobyko set up process if your phone is able to sync.
New phones are being added to Mobyko all the time, but if your phone isnt there yet please be patient. If youre sure your phone does have SyncML then you may still be able to sync with your account now.
